Spicy Pete Calamari Sambal Recipe
If you like squid and spicy food, this rich dish is for you. With the addition of bananas, it will also be even more delicious. This is a very simple yet rich recipe. You can adjust the amount of chili if you like it spicy, according to taste.

- Squid - 500 grams
- Pete - 100 grams
- Large green chilies, long sliced - 2 pieces

- Galangal, crushed - 2 fingers
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil - 100 ml

- Shallots - 6 grains
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Cayenne pepper - 100 grams
- Big red chili - 4 pieces
- Candlenut - 2 grains
- Red tomatoes - 1 piece

- Wash the squid, then cut into rings. Set aside.
