Sauteed Capcay Recipe
Ingredients
- Material A:
- Garlic, chopped - 6 cloves
- Cauliflower - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Pokcoy / mustard greens - 5 sticks
- Button mushrooms - 10 pieces
- Corn / young corn - 5 pieces
- Cabbage - 100 grams
- Chicken meat - 150 grams
- Shrimp - 150 grams
- Fish balls - 6 pieces
- Material B:
- Tomatoes, large slices - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/3 tsp
- Pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Seasoning - 1/2 tsp

Plans
- All vegetables and animal ingredients cut into pieces according to taste. Wash clean and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan and add enough oil.
- Saute garlic until fragrant and change color.
- Add chicken, stir fry until cooked. Then add the fish and shrimp meatballs, stir-fry again.
- Add the remaining ingredients A, stir until evenly distributed. Add a little water.
- Finally, add all ingredients B. Saute until all vegetables are cooked.
- Remove and ready to serve.
- 1. Vegetable and animal ingredients used can be modified according to taste.
