Review: Emina Mozza Cheese, Mozzarella And Cheddar Sensation

I don't know what, this week I've been enjoying reviewing cheeses, two of which yesterday I reviewed Kraft All in One cheese, and cheese for babies, Cheese Kiri . So far, from the cheeses I've tried this week, I think Emina Mozza is the best. Actually, I already know several other brands of Emina cheese, one of my favorites is also cheese sticks that you can eat like sausages, but I really thought that Emina was a cosmetic brand name, you know!😅

The specialty of this Emina cheese is the yellow color of the wrapper, so it tastes really cheese. Actually, there are many variants of this Emina cheese, and specifically for Emina Mozza cheese, in my opinion it is commensurate with Kraft Quick Melt cheese if you want to compare it. It's because both are mixed cheese, between mozzarella and cheddar.

In terms of packaging, it is almost the same as all cheeses on the market, the outer packaging uses a kind of cardboard, then uses plastic to cover the cheese inside. And if you look around, maybe it's only Kraft cheese that consistently uses aluminum foil inside, actually I'm a little curious, is there a difference between cheese packaged using plastic and aluminum foil? hehe

I've seen the price of Emina Mozza cheese at Alfamart and Indomart around 21 thousand, but if I buy it in the marketplace, it's only 14 thousand, plus I get cashback. I don't know why it's so cheap, maybe it's possible to get it from the factory directly. After arriving, the item is totally okay . What makes it so moving is the graphic illustration of the pizza on the outside... oh my gosh...

Like I said earlier, of the several cheeses I've tried and reviewed in the past few weeks, the most delicious is this Emina Mozza cheese, especially if it's the same price. I'm not surprised, the main composition is Mozzarella but also Cheddar. If you want pure Mozzarella but the price is affordable, you can try the KPBS Mozzarella cheese which I've reviewed too.

Every 15 grams of cheese contains about 85 Kcal, if you make complementary foods, it contributes quite a lot of calories. The salt content per serving suggestion is about 115 mg, besides that this cheese also contains protein, about 2 g and fat about 4 g, as well as a fairly large saturated fat about 2.5 g. Also contains calcium and Vitamin D.

Most happy if you've reviewed this section..hehe. In my opinion, this Emina Mozza cheese is delicious and very tasty. This cheese can be used for making pizza, brulee bombs, mozzarella sticks, and more. But sadly, the cheese isn't very good, viewers... even though when it comes to taste, it's really top.

The texture is just right when you touch it, it's really soft, even though it's not too mushy, the advantage of this Mozza cheese is that it's easy to grate, so the results will look even more beautiful when you make pizza.

If you eat it right away, this cheese is also delicious, it tastes like cheese, and feels like eating a snack, the salty taste is not too biting, when it reaches your tongue.. duh.. speechless already TT It's delicious.....

In my opinion, mothers who are looking for cheese for babies, this cheese can be used, because it's soft and not hard, so babies can easily eat it. Or you just need to grind it (you know it? It's hard to find the equivalent..) on a plate, for babies who are a bit smaller so that the texture doesn't become lumpy.
