Ingredients

  • Potatoes, large - 4 pieces
  • Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Mixed seasoning potato wedges:
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder or garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper / Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder / Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Parsley, finely chopped - 1/2 tsp
  • Rosemary, finely chopped - 1/2 tsp
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Take 2 potatoes, cut lengthwise for french fries. The rest, cut each by dividing into 6 parts for potato wedges.
  • Heat water in a saucepan. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. After boiling, add the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes. Lift and drain.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a container and try not to stack them on top of each other. Put in the freezer for 1 night.
  • Heat a lot of oil. Fry the potatoes in really hot oil, over medium heat.
  • Fry until crusty and brown. Lift.
  • When hot, for french fries, sprinkle with salt, parsley, and parmesan cheese. As for the potato wedges, rub them with a special spice mixture.
  • Serve.
  • 1. Put the potatoes in the freezer for at least 1 night so that the results are crispy and delicious. The longer the better.
