Review: Wholemeal Spaghetti San Remo
One of the most common types of pasta in Indonesia is spaghetti, it's very down to earth, so many menus use spaghetti as the basic ingredient..
Spaghetti is usually white in color That's right, because the ingredients are not far from noodles, use flour. Low fiber and high calories. But it turns out that for a healthier one, there is spaghetti with whole wheat as raw material, which has more fiber and may be eaten by people on a diet program (as long as you don't eat a full pot, okay?)

I accidentally saw this at a market place, because I still rarely see it in supermarkets, that's why I bought it online (maybe there are some big supermarkets with imported food shelves). I'm interested in the high fiber claim, because fiber is one of the mandatory ingredients that must be in the body so that the metabolism is perfect, those who like constipation may have less fiber in their diet.

The color is of course different from regular spaghetti, it's a bit brownish in color and a bit wrinkled this particular brand of San Remo, made in Australia from whole wheat semolian. The nutritional content is rich like this, and this is already labeled halal, non-GMO, and without additives:

It's really easy to fill up (the effect of foods that are high in fiber is like that) so maybe this can reduce half a serving of regular spaghetti, with the same level of satiety. So according to me, I recommend this for dieting. But if it's a matter of taste.. just adjust it yourself.. I personally might want to go back to regular spaghetti.. hihihi
For the price, I bought this 500gr size for around 21 thousand, but I don't think it's very expensive anyway (don't compare it to rice huh..😃), I bought ithere .
So, my assessment of this San Remo Spaghetti Wholemeal:
Taste: 3/5
Price: 4/5
Packaging: 4/5
