Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 200 grams
- Liquid milk - 200 ml
- Butter / margarine - 1 tbsp
- Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
- Onion, chopped - 1/2 grain

- In a saucepan, boil spaghetti until aldente. Lift and drain. Set aside.
- Saute garlic and onions with margarine until fragrant.
- Add smoked beef. Stir well.
- Pour in of the liquid milk. Stir well.
- Add cheese, pepper, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir well. Correction taste.
- Pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir well.
- Add spaghetti. Stir well.
- Pour in the beaten eggs and the remaining liquid milk. Stir and cook briefly over low heat until the gravy becomes creamy. Lift.
