Papaya Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- Ripe Papaya - 1 fruit
- Agar plain / without taste - 1 pack
- Liquid milk - 700 ml
- Granulated sugar - 150 grams
- Basil seeds - 1 tsp
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

- Soak basil seeds in cold boiled water until fluffy and then drain. Set aside.
- Cut just a little or 1/4 of the top of the papaya fruit crosswise. Remove the seeds and then dredge the papaya flesh (not too deep) using a cocktail spoon (round fruit spoon). Set aside the papaya flesh circle. Peel the papaya skin. Set aside.
- Bring the agar, liquid milk, and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn off the fire. Leave it for 5 minutes until the steam is gone.
- Pour basil into the papaya fruit. Then also enter the papaya flesh circle (not all).
- Pour the agar solution into the papaya fruit. Let it cool then put it in the refrigerator.
- Cut the papaya fruit and ready to serve.
- Do not immediately pour the agar solution into the papaya fruit in hot conditions so that the fruit does not become mushy or mushy.
