Glutinous Tape Pudding Recipe
Fresh sticky rice tape is certainly delicious if it is modified into a pudding dish. Since the tape is already sweet, you can adjust the amount of sugar or sweetened condensed milk to get the right taste.
Ingredients
- Pudding Tape:
- Plain gelatin powder - 4 grams
- Black sticky rice tape - 150 grams
- Water - 500 ml
- Granulated sugar - 40 grams
- Pandan leaves, torn and knotted - 1 sheet
- Milk pudding:
- Plain gelatin powder - 3 grams
- Liquid milk - 400 ml
- Granulated sugar - 60 grams
