Crab Padang Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- Crab - 450 grams
- Lime, take the water - 1 fruit
- Citrus leaves - 5 pieces
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Lemongrass, crushed - 2 sticks
- Ginger, sliced - 3 cm

- Salt to taste

- Material A:
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Shallots - 5 cloves
- Big red chili - 5 pieces
- Curly red chili - 5 pieces
- Red cayenne pepper - 5 pieces
- Red tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Material B:
- Ginger water - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Chicken seasoning - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
- Chili sauce - 2 tbsp
- Water - 600 ml
- Maizena, dissolved in 50 ml of water - 1 tsp

- Wash the crab until clean, kucuri with lime juice. Leave it for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, puree all ingredients A in a food processor. Set aside.
- Heat water in a large saucepan. Boil the bay leaves, lime leaves, lemon grass, salt and ginger. Bring to a boil and then add the crab. Cook until the crab turns red.
