Bogor Fried Toge Recipe
Ingredients
- Toge, brew hot water then drain - 250 grams
- Egg noodles, boiled and drained - 150 grams
- Lontong, cut into pieces - 3 pieces

- Bay leaf - 2 pieces

- Boiled water - 500 ml

- Shallots - 5 cloves

- Heat some oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
- Add the scallions, bay leaf, and lemongrass. Stir well.
