Special Filled Fried Vermicelli Recipe

Ingredients Vermicelli, flush with hot water and drain - 200 grams Shallots, thinly sliced - 3 cloves Green mustard, cut into large pieces - 30 grams Carrots, cut into stars - 1 piece Meatballs, thinly sliced - 5 grains Broth powder - 1 tsp Sweet soy sauce - 3 tbsp Vegetable oil for frying - 3 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Celery leaves, thinly sliced - 1 sprig Large chili, thinly sliced oblique - 1 piece Fried onions for sprinkling - to taste Ground spices: Garlic - 3 cloves Red chilies - 2 pieces Pepper - 1/4 tsp See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Saute the sliced onion until fragrant and golden. Add the ground spices and stir until smooth and fragrant. Add carrots and meatballs, stir until carrots are slightly tender. Add the green mustard, stir again until evenly distributed. Add vermicelli, mix well. Add the sweet soy sauce, stock powder, and salt. Stir until completely smooth and brown in color. Lift and serve. Sprinkle large chili slices, celery leaves, and fried onions on top. You can add chicken shrimp, meat, squid according to your taste.
