Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter - 125 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 125 grams
  • Low protein flour - 200 grams
  • Cocoa powder - 25 grams
  • Egg - 1 egg
  • Vanilla paste - 1 tsp
  • Choco chips - 150 grams
  • Toppings:
  • Choco chips - to taste

Plans

  • Combine butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla. Beat using a mixer until smooth.
  • Enter the flour while sifting using a fine sieve, stir with a spatula until evenly distributed.
  • Add the chocochips, mix well again.
  • Preheat the oven, set aside.
  • Prepare a baking sheet, lightly grease with margarine.
  • Take 1 tsp of dough and put it on a baking sheet. Flatten using a fork or fingertips. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  • Sprinkle chocochips over each cookie.
  • Bake the cake in the oven at 170°C for 30 minutes until cooked. Lift.
  • Ready to serve or can be stored in an airtight jar after the cake has cooled.
  • 1. Make sure the butter used is not cold or has been removed for a while at room temperature, before beating with the other ingredients.
