Ingredients Unsalted butter - 125 grams Powdered sugar - 125 grams Low protein flour - 200 grams Cocoa powder - 25 grams Egg - 1 egg Vanilla paste - 1 tsp Choco chips - 150 grams Toppings: Choco chips - to taste See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Combine butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla. Beat using a mixer until smooth. Enter the flour while sifting using a fine sieve, stir with a spatula until evenly distributed. Add the chocochips, mix well again. Preheat the oven, set aside. Prepare a baking sheet, lightly grease with margarine. Take 1 tsp of dough and put it on a baking sheet. Flatten using a fork or fingertips. Repeat until all the batter is used. Sprinkle chocochips over each cookie. Bake the cake in the oven at 170°C for 30 minutes until cooked. Lift. Ready to serve or can be stored in an airtight jar after the cake has cooled. 1. Make sure the butter used is not cold or has been removed for a while at room temperature, before beating with the other ingredients.
