The melted block cake is indeed a favorite of many people, especially chocolate lovers. This one cake is really good for an afternoon snack, paired with warm tea or coffee. Come on , make these melted, soft and delicious chocolate block cakes yourself at home.

Ingredients

  • Medium protein flour - 150 grams
  • Cocoa powder - 20 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Eggs - 3 eggs
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC) - 100 grams
  • Margarine - 80 grams
  • Liquid milk - 100 ml
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder. Set aside.
  • Cut Dark Cooking Chocolate into small pieces, mix with margarine. Heat briefly over low heat until some of the chocolate has melted. Turn off the heat, continue to stir the chocolate and margarine until it melts completely.
  • Beat the eggs and sugar using a mixer or whisk until the sugar is dissolved, add the melted chocolate and margarine, beat until smooth.
  • Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder gradually by sifting. Stir again using a spatula.
  • Add liquid milk, stir until smooth.
  • Put the dough into the cake block mold, oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
  • Block cake is ready to be served.
