Bandung Bone Noodle Recipe
Fried noodles always have creations, one of which is now popular because of its delicacy, the typical bone noodle from Bandung. Ingredients
- Fried instant noodles - 2 packs
- Chicken bones - 250 grams
- Eggs - 2 eggs
- Scallion - 2 sprigs
- Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Broth water - 300 ml
- Slices of red chili, for sprinkling - to taste
- Ground spices:
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Shallots - 2 grains
- Big red chili - 1 piece
- Cayenne pepper - 2 pieces
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

- Boil chicken bones with enough water until cooked, drain. Take the broth.
- Prepare a pot, boil instant noodles until half cooked, remove and drain. Mix the drained noodles with the instant noodle seasoning.
- Puree all the spices, then stir-fry with enough oil until fragrant. Set aside the spices on the edge of the pan, add the eggs then scrambled until cooked.
- Add the broth and chicken bones, mix well, add the sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Stir back.
- Enter the instant noodles that have been mixed with spices, mix well. Add scallions. Stir well until all the spices and water are absorbed.
- Remove and serve with a sprinkling of sliced cayenne pepper.
