Banana Donut Recipe
These donuts with banana flavored dough are unique, delicious, and worth a try. Because it already has a strong taste, donuts are simply topped with powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- High protein flour - 450 grams
- Medium protein flour - 50 grams
- Bananas, mashed - 200 grams
- Instant yeast - 1 pack
- Granulated sugar - 85 grams
- Eggs - 2 eggs
- Liquid milk, cold - 85 ml
- Butter - 65 grams
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Toppings (Chocolate Banana Glazing):
- White chocolate, fine comb - 150 grams
- Liquid milk - 30 grams
- Margarine - 1/2 tbsp
- Essen (flavoring ingredients) Ambon banana - 1/3 tsp
- Yellow coloring agent - to taste
- Chocolate Meises - 1 tbsp
