Ingredients

  • Egg white - 2 eggs

  • Ice water - 80 ml
  • Broth:
  • Garlic, fried then puree - 7 cloves
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Water - 2 liters

  • Dry noodles, boiled and then drained - to taste
  • Caisim, brew hot water then drain - to taste
  • Fried onions - to taste
  • Celery, sliced ​​- to taste

  • Put all the meatball ingredients into a food processor or blender. Process until the dough is smooth. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, boil water. Then use low heat.
  • Take the meatball dough. Round it by hand or with the help of two spoons. Put the meatballs in boiling water. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • Allow the meatballs to cook and float. Lift and drain. Set aside.
  • Take the cooking water for the meatballs and mix it with the other sauce ingredients. Stir well and bring to a boil. Correct the taste then turn off the heat.
  • Prepare a serving bowl. Give noodles, caisim, and some meatballs. Drizzle with meatball sauce. Sprinkle fried onions and celery.
  • Ready to be served.
