Ingredients

  • High protein flour - 250 grams
  • Medium protein flour - 100 grams
  • Unsalted or unsalted butter - 50 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Ice water - 170 ml
  • Margarine pastry, leave at room temperature and flatten into squares - 180 grams
  • Filling Materials:
  • Whip cream liquid - 90 grams
  • Evaporated milk (can be substituted with liquid milk) - 250 ml
  • Granulated sugar - 50 grams
  • Corn flour - 8 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg yolk - 2 eggs
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt and lemon juice. Stir well.
  • 1. In a bowl, mix whip cream, milk, sugar, egg yolk, and cornstarch. Mix well
  • 1. Take the puff pastry skin and roll it like rolling a mat. Cut with a thickness of 1.5 cm.
  • 1. The dough doesn't have to be kneaded until it's smooth, because later in the milling process (rolling) it will make the dough smooth by itself.
