Oyster Sauce Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

Chicken, cut - 1/2 head
Lime, squeeze the water - 1/2 grains
Bombay, sliced lengthwise - 1 clove
Garlic, puree - 5 cloves
Ginger, bruised - 1 slice
Red chilies, sliced - 2 pieces
Oyster sauce - 4 tbsp
Chili sauce - 2 tbsp
Sweet soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Water - 100 ml
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Wash the chicken and then coat it with lime juice.
Heat the oil. Fry the chicken until half cooked. Lift and drain. Set aside.
Saute garlic, onion, ginger, and chili until fragrant.
Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, and water. Stir well.
Add chicken. Add pepper, sugar and salt. Stir well. Correction taste. Cook until the gravy thickens. Lift.
