Ingredients
- Unsalted Gabin - 1 pack
- Cassava tape, remove the middle bone - 300 grams
- Flour - 70 grams
- Granulated sugar - 50 grams
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 pack
- Water - 150 ml
- Right amount of oil

- In a bowl, mash the cassava tape using a fork.
- Add flour, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.
- Pour in the water and stir until smooth.
- Cook the tape mixture over low heat until thickened and bubbling. Turn off the fire.
- Take one gabin cake. Give the dough tape on it and flatten. Stack/cover on top with gabin cake then trim the sides. Repeat this step until all the dough is used up.
- Heat a lot of oil. Fry the gabin tape until it turns brown on both sides. Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served.
