Pop corn chicken ingredients: - 400gr diced chicken breast fillet - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 100ml milk to soak the chicken - enough oil for frying Popcorn chicken coating : - 100gr wheat flour - 100gr cornstarch - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp chili powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 1/4 tsp baking powder Salted egg sauce ingredients : - 2 tbsp unsalted butter - 3 finely chopped garlic cloves - 7 curry leaves - 3 salted egg yolks - 400ml milk - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 1/2 tsp stock powder - 400ml liquid milk How to make chicken pop corn:
1. Add salt and pepper to the chicken fillet, stir evenly. 2. Make the coating material first, sift and mix the flour and cornstarch. 3. Add the garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, baking powder shake until well blended 4. Add the chicken to the flour mixture, shake until evenly distributed 5. Remove the chicken, sift the flour from the chicken so that there is not too much flour that comes along when the chicken is cooked. soak in milk. 6. Put the chicken in a bowl, soak the chicken in milk for 5 minutes. 7. After 5 minutes, strain the chicken and then put it back into the flour and shake until evenly distributed. 8.
