Ingredients

  • Material I:
  • Agar-agar - 2 packs
  • Liquid milk - 800 ml
  • Granulated sugar - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Material II:
  • Egg white - 4 eggs
  • Granulated sugar - 100 grams
  • Material III:
  • Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC), melted - 50 grams
  • Oreos, remove the cream then finely mash - 15 pieces
  • Chocolate paste - 1 tsp
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • Mix and stir all ingredients I. Cook until boiling. Reduce the heat and let it continue to simmer on the stove.
  • Mix egg whites (Ingredient II) until frothy. Add sugar gradually (three stages). Beat until the dough is soft peaks, don't be too stiff.
  • Pour the boiling gelatin mixture into the egg whites, beat well with a low speed mixer.
  • Divide into two parts. One part is left white. While one other part is mixed with material III. Beat until smooth.
  • Prepare a pudding mold, pour at one point (in the middle of the mold) a spoonful of chocolate dough. Stack on top a spoonful of white dough. Do this step alternately until the dough runs out.
  • Let the pudding harden then store in the refrigerator.
  • Serve cold.
  • 1. Make sure to use eggs (take the egg white) that are really fresh or new, so that the pudding doesn't smell fishy.
