Folding Fried Pizza Recipe
This fried pizza recipe is so simple and easy to make. You don't need an oven to make it. It is also suitable as a provision, you know. Ingredients
- Medium protein flour - 200 grams
- Instant yeast - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cold water - 125 ml
- Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
- Stuffing:
- Beef sausage, thinly sliced - 2 pieces
- Bolognese sauce - to taste
- Mozzarella, grated - 50 grams
- Complementary:
- Chili sauce - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste

- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast and sugar. Add water little by little, knead until the dough comes together.
- Add oil and salt, knead until elastic.
- Divide the dough into 10 parts, round and sprinkle with flour. Leave it for 30 minutes until it expands.
- Take the pizza dough and flatten it, put the filling then fold it. Pinch the edges of the pizza.
- Fry the dough until golden brown.
- Serve with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
