Vegetable Team Rice Recipe
This vegetable team rice is so healthy, but still delicious. The texture of cooked rice is different because it is softer than the regular rice we eat every day, but not as soft as porridge. Using a shrimp topping combined with selected vegetables such as carrots and broccoli. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients
- Team Rice:
- Rice - 200 grams
- Water - 800 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sauteed Vegetables:
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Shrimp, peeled - 100 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Green onion, finely sliced - 1 sprig
- Water - 100 ml

Plans
- In a saucepan, boil water, bay leaf and salt. Add the rice, cook, stirring occasionally, until the water is reduced and the spices are absorbed. Set aside.
- Slice broccoli into small dice and carrots, then boil separately, remove and drain.
- Puree the garlic, stir-fry until fragrant then add the shrimp, stir-fry until the shrimp changes color.
- Add water, carrots, broccoli, then add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, ground pepper.
- Cook until absorbed, add sliced spring onions, mix well.
- Arrange a few tablespoons of stir-fried vegetables and shrimp into a heat-resistant dish, add the rice until it is full while pressing.
- Steam over medium heat, until cooked for 30 minutes.
- Take it out and put the rice on a plate, ready to be served warm.
