Tuna Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- High protein flour - 125 grams
- Instant yeast - 3 grams
- Water - 60 ml
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Toppings:
- Canned tuna in oil, lightly sauteed - 100 grams
- Sweet corn flakes - 100 grams
- Spaghetti sauce - 3 tbsp
- Bell peppers, cut into small pieces - 1/4 pieces
- Onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 piece
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 50 grams
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

- Pizza dough: Mix flour, instant yeast, water, olive oil, and salt. Knead until smooth and then round the dough. Cover with a clean towel, let stand 30 minutes until doubled in size.
- Deflate the dough, place it on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased with olive oil. Flatten according to the shape of the pan. Prick the surface with a fork then brush lightly with olive oil.
- Give 3 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce, topping with sauteed tuna, sweet corn, bell peppers and onions. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise to taste.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Cut and serve.
- 1. If there is no olive oil, it can be replaced with new and clean cooking oil.
