Citrus leaves, remove the bones and then finely slice - 8 pieces
Medium coconut milk - 300 ml

Garlic - 3 cloves
Candlenut, roasted - 3 grains
Coriander, roasted - 1/2 tbsp

In a bowl, mix the rice flour, tapioca, eggs, salt, and coconut milk to taste first. Stir well until there are no lumps.
Add the ground spices, lime leaf slices, and the remaining coconut milk little by little. Mix well until it becomes a medium thick dough.
Heat a lot of oil.
Use a vegetable spoon to scoop out the batter. Add enough prawns. Slowly pour the mixture over the edge of the pan. Flush with hot oil until the dent comes off and drops into the wajam. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Lift and drain. Do it until the dough runs out.
Ready to be served.
1. Use a skillet that is large enough and wide such as Maspion Wok Clarita (See Lazada DISKON) so that the dough can flow as thinly as possible. Flush the dent with the hot oil around it. Don't forget to use a lot of oil (deep frying) when frying.
