Although cakes are identical to the basic ingredients of potatoes, in this recipe, we will serve cakes with tofu as the basic ingredients. The way to make it is almost the same as when we make potato cakes. Tofu is mashed together with spices then shaped into a round and then fried.   • White or yellow tofu (according to taste), puree - 300 grams

  • Mix well all the ingredients.
  • Shape round or oval with the help of a spoon. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  • Fry the tofu in hot oil and plenty of it, using medium heat. Fry until cooked, drain.
