Ingredients
- High protein flour - 200 grams
- Instant yeast - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Ice water - 150 ml
- Toppings:
- Beef sausage, cut into thin rounds - 2 pieces
- Mozzarella, grated - 50 grams
- Onion, chopped - 1/4 of a piece
- Bolognese sauce - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Chili sauce - to taste

Plans
- Mix flour, instant yeast, and sugar, mix well. Add ice water, knead until the dough comes together.
- Add cooking oil and salt, then knead until elastic. Let stand 20 minutes until doubled in size.
- Deflate the dough, divide into 12 parts. Round each dough, then arrange it on a baking sheet and flatten it, rest for 15 minutes covered with cloth or plastic wrap.
- Brush with bolognese sauce, top with sliced sausage and onions, sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, remove and then add mayonnaise and chili sauce.
- Bake again briefly. Serve.
- To avoid sticking, use fresh yeast.
