Tempeh Bean Saute Recipe

Ingredients
- Chickpeas - 200 grams
- Tempe - 100 grams
- Large red chilies, sliced oblique - 2 pieces
- Red cayenne pepper, sliced oblique - 7 pieces
- Onions, cut into small dice - 1/4 pieces
- Garlic, coarsely chopped - 3 cloves
- Galangal, mashed - 2 slices
- Shrimp powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mushroom broth - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste

- Cut the beans and tempeh 3-4 cm long.
- Fry the tempeh until it turns golden, remove and set aside. Cut the squares about 2x1 cm.
- Heat a little cooking oil, add the garlic, let it half cook, then add the onion and red chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add water, mushroom broth and galangal, let it boil.
- Add large red chilies, add chickpeas, add salt and cook until half cooked.
