  • Turmeric - 300 grams
  • Fried anchovies - 100 grams
  • Petai, split into 2 - 2 boards
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Oil for frying - to taste
  • Spice:
  • Shallots, sliced ​​- 6 cloves
  • Garlic, sliced ​​- 4 cloves
  • Red cayenne pepper, sliced ​​- 5 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Galangal, geprek - 1 segment
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils
