Meat Egg Team Recipe
This dish is suitable for those of you who are bored with dishes made from beef with thick spices, coconut milk, or oily. The egg and meat team is also very practical to make using simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- Minced beef - 125 grams
- Eggs, beaten - 1 egg
- Garlic, finely chopped - 1 clove
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 100 ml
- Sprinkled:
- Cayenne pepper, leave whole - 6 pieces
- Green onion, finely sliced - 1 stick
- Garlic, chopped and fried - 1 tbsp

Plans
- Heat a steamer or a frying pan. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients using a fork until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a heat-resistant container such as a baking sheet, pyrex, or aluminum bowl.
- Steam the dough until half cooked. Put sprinkles on top. Steam again until cooked. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. When steaming, slightly open the lid of the steaming pot / cork so that the eggs do not expand when steamed.
