  • Red agar powder - 1 pack
  • Liquid milk - 750 ml
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Vla:
  • Full cream liquid milk - 400 ml
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
  • Vanilla powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg yolk - 1 piece
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Layer 1: In a saucepan, cook agar powder with water, sugar and salt. Cook until all ingredients are dissolved and boiling. Turn off the heat, let the hot steam dissipate. Arrange the sliced ​​fruit in the mould. Then pour slowly, not to the brim.

  • Mix all the ingredients together except for the egg yolks and cook on low heat until the edges of the pan look bubbly. Pay attention not to make it look thick, because when it starts to cool it will thicken more. 
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture, beat it together with the egg yolks and then slowly mix the dough together. Cook until it looks slightly thickened. Remove and let stand until the heat is gone. Serve as a drizzle of pudding.
