Sprout Egg Stir Fry Recipe
Bean sprouts or sprouts can be processed with simple so stir fry. Usually people make stir-fried bean sprouts with tofu, anchovies, salted fish, or eggs. Now, , this time we present a recipe for stir-fried bean sprouts which is easy to make and the necessary spices must also be in your kitchen. Ingredients
- Eggs, beaten - 2 eggs
- Bean sprouts - 100 grams
- Green onions, coarsely chopped - 2 stalks
- Garlic, finely chopped - 3 cloves
- Shallots, finely sliced - 3 grains
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Mushroom broth - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Cooking oil, for frying - to taste

Plans
- Beat the eggs, add a little salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil, saute the red and white onions until fragrant. Set aside side of frying pan.
- Continue by adding the beaten eggs. Scramble and mix well with the onions.
- Add bean sprouts, pepper, salt and mushroom broth. Stir well.
- Add scallions and sesame oil. Stir well. Once cooked, ready to be served.
- Do not cook the bean sprouts for too long, so that the bean sprouts still taste fresh.
