Ingredients

  • Spaghetti pasta - 200 grams
  • Meatball Ingredients:
  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Bread crumbs (coarse bread flour or panko) - 6 tbsp
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 piece
  • Garlic, crushed and finely chopped - 3 cloves
  • Egg - 1 egg
  • Ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bolognese sauce ingredients:
  • Beef sausage, cut into small squares - 1 piece
  • Ground beef - 100 grams
  • Red tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Garlic, finely chopped - 4 cloves
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 piece
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Dried basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
  • Ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 75 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated cheddar cheese for sprinkling - to taste

Plans

  • 1. Bring enough water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 1. Boil the tomatoes until wilted, remove the skin. Blend the tomatoes until smooth, set aside.
  • 1. Arrange the spaghetti on a plate. Pour the sauce over it to your liking.
  • When boiling spaghetti, add a little salt to taste and also a little cooking oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.
