Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 200 grams
- Enough water
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Dried parsley - 1 tbsp
- Bolognese Sauce:
- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Ready made bolognese sauce - 200 grams
- Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 piece
- Garlic, finely chopped - 3 cloves
- Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
- Brulee Sauce:
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- Liquid milk - 500 ml
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 50 grams

- Heat the water and then boil the spaghetti with a little salt and olive oil until done al dente, about 8-10 minutes, drain.
- Bolognese Sauce: Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add ground beef and stir until it changes color. Add ready-made bolognese sauce, mix well. Cook until boiling, turn off the heat, set aside.
- Brulee Sauce: Heat butter until melted, add flour, stir quickly. Enter the liquid milk little by little while stirring, until thickened and there are no lumps. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, add pepper and mix well, remove from heat.
- In a bowl, stir the spaghetti and bolognese sauce until smooth. Arrange in a heat-resistant container or aluminum foil bowl. Pour the brulee sauce over it, then sprinkle with dry parsley to taste.
- Bake the spaghetti brulee in the oven until lightly browned (180°C for 15 minutes). Once cooked, ready to be served warm.
