Soy Sauce Grilled Tuna Recipe
Grilled fish is not only delicious, but also healthier than fried. One of the delicious grilled fish dishes is tuna grilled with soy sauce. The thick and savory meat is combined with soy sauce seasoning that is grilled until caramelized. It tastes sweet and savory and smells so good!

- Shallots, puree - 5 grains
- Garlic, puree - 3 cloves
- Turmeric, roasted, mashed - 2 cm
- Candlenut - 2 grains
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sweet soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- Lime - 1 fruit
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Complementary:
- Cucumber - to taste
- Tomatoes - to taste
- Lettuce - to taste
- Chili soy sauce - to taste

- Clean the fish, drain and wipe with absorbent tissue to remove the water.
