  • Lime juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Spice:
  • Shallots, puree - 5 grains
  • Garlic, puree - 3 cloves
  • Turmeric, roasted, mashed - 2 cm
  • Candlenut - 2 grains
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sweet soy sauce - 5 tbsp
  • Lime - 1 fruit
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • Complementary:
  • Cucumber - to taste
  • Tomatoes - to taste
  • Lettuce - to taste
  • Chili soy sauce - to taste

  • Clean the fish, drain and wipe with absorbent tissue to remove the water.
