Goat Tongseng Recipe
Ingredients
- Goat meat - 500 grams
- Cabbage leaves, coarsely chopped - 1/4 pieces
- Young tomatoes, cut according to taste - 3 pieces
- Cayenne Pepper - according to taste
- Green onion, sliced - 1 stick
- Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Whole cayenne pepper - 8 pieces
- Bay leaf - 1 sheet
- Citrus leaves - 3 pieces
- Lemongrass, bruised - 1 stick
- Ginger, bruised - 1 knuckle
- Water - 1 liter
- Thick Coconut Milk (Optional) - 50 ml
- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 4 cloves
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Candlenut - 3 grains
- Red chilies - 3 pieces
- Coriander - 1 tsp
- Nutmeg - 1/2 finger joint
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1.5 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Plans
- Boil the meat with bay leaves and lemon grass and then discard the water. Cut the meat into small pieces.
- Saute ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant.
- Enter the meat. Pour water and mix well.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour coconut milk if you like. Cook until the water begins to reduce and the spices absorb.
- Add the cabbage leaves and onions. Stir well.
- When the cabbage leaves look wilted, add the tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Stir briefly then turn off the heat. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Discard the first cooking water of mutton to get rid of the smell.
What are the seasonings for the goat tongseng? Finely Seasoned 4 cloves of garlic. 8 red onions. 1 teaspoon pepper. 4 pecans, roasted. 3 cm turmeric, burn. 2 cm ginger. 1 teaspoon coriander.
