Seafood Pizza Recipe
For you seafood lovers, especially squid and shrimp, this seafood pizza can be your choice of cooking creations. Ingredients
- High protein flour - 225 grams
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 25 grams
- Egg white - 1 egg
- Warm water - 100 ml
- Yeast - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Seafood toppings:
- Squid, cut into rings - 250 grams
- Shrimp, core removed - 250 grams
- Onion, diced - 1 piece
- Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
- Red peppers, diced - 1/2 pieces
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Mushroom broth - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
- Margarine, for sauteing - to taste
- Other:
- Mozzarella - 50 grams
- Bolognese sauce, for greasing - to taste
- Oregano - to taste

- In a glass, mix warm water, yeast and sugar. Stir and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it foams up.
- Take a large bowl, add flour, egg white, butter and salt. Then, combine it with the yeast solution that has been activated little by little. Knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts round the dough (rounding). Cover with a napkin, rest for 20 minutes until fluffy.
- After that, put the dough in the middle of a round 18 cm diameter pan, shape the dough round and concave inside and the edges of the dough are a bit thick.
- Prick the dough with a fork in the concave center, bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, at 180°C, top and bottom heat. Set aside.
- Seafood stir fry: wash prawns and squid, add lime juice and salt, let stand for 15 minutes. Heat margarine, then saute garlic, onion and paprika. Once fragrant, add the squid, shrimp, ginger, pepper and salt. Only half cooked.
- Spread pizza base with bolognese sauce, arrange seafood, sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the pizza and it's ready to be served.
- Use yeast that is still good, so make sure the yeast solution produces foam.
