Tilapia Fish Pesmol Recipe

Ingredients Tilapia, wash clean - 500 grams Lemongrass - 2 sticks Bay leaf - 2 pieces Galangal - 1 segment Red cayenne pepper - 10 pieces Water - 150 ml Chicken stock - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Sugar - to taste Ground spices: Shallots - 8 cloves Garlic - 4 cloves Candlenut - 2 grains Turmeric - 2 cm Ginger - 2 cm See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Heat a lot of oil then fry the tilapia until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Saute ground spices, galangal, lemongrass, and bay leaf until fragrant and cooked. Add water, cook until the spices are cooked. Add the cayenne pepper, chicken stock, salt and sugar. Adjust the taste. Add the tilapia, cook until the spices are absorbed and the water is reduced. Lift and serve. 1. Choose really fresh tilapia.
