Sauteed Chilli Recipe
Ingredients
- Chilli, cut into 3 cm - 250 grams
- Carrot, sliced thinly - 1 piece
- Quail eggs, boiled and peeled - 8 eggs
- Onions, thinly sliced lengthwise - 1/2 pieces
- Garlic, finely ground - 2 cloves
- Curly red chilies, sliced oblique - 3 pieces
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 3/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp
- Ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 200 ml
- Oil for frying - 2 tbsp

- Heat the oil. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add sliced chili. Stir well.
- Add carrots and quail eggs, mix well. Pour a little water and cook until the carrots are half cooked.
- Add chicory. Add oyster sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
- Pour in the remaining water. Cook until done. Correction taste.
- Just before serving, add the sesame oil. Stir well. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
