Sambal Embe Recipe

Ingredients
- Cayenne pepper - 20 pieces
- Curly red chilies - 2 pieces
- Shallots - 10 grains
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Terasi - 1 tsp
- Lime - 1 fruit
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - to taste

- Thinly slice the onion, garlic and chili. Set aside.
- Fry the onion and white separately until brown. Lift and drain.
