Salt Chili Shrimp Recipe
Although it sounds simple, this dish of 'cook chili salt' is quite popular and has been combined with various food ingredients. Shrimp is one of the most favorite ingredients. Fried shrimp wrapped in crispy flour then sauteed again with chopped chili, garlic, and spices, one of which is salt.
Ingredients
- Shrimp, medium size - 200 grams
- Wheat flour - 3 tbsp
- Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Garlic, coarsely chopped - 3 cloves
- Red chilies, thinly sliced - 1 piece
- Cayenne pepper, thinly sliced - 5 pieces
- Green onion, thinly sliced - 1 stick
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Right amount of oil

Plans
- Clean the shrimp, remove the skin and head, then wash thoroughly. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and water. Stir well and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour and cornstarch. Stir well and set aside.
- Heat a lot of cooking oil.
- Take the prawns, dip them in the wet flour mixture, then roll them in the dry flour mixture. Fry prawns in hot oil over medium heat, until golden brown. Do this until the prawns run out. Lift and drain. Set aside.
- Heat 1/2 tsp of cooking oil. Saute garlic, red chilies, cayenne pepper, and spring onions. Stir until the onions are slightly browned.
- Add the prawns to the pan. Stir well.
- Season with salt. Stir well. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- When sautéing onions and chilies, use a little oil so that the dish doesn't get too greasy.
