Red chilies, seeds removed and roughly chopped - 2 pieces

In a bowl with a tight lid, mix the cornstarch, sago, and all-purpose flour. Add tofu, then close the container. Shake / shake until the entire surface of the tofu is covered with flour.
Heat a lot of oil. Fry tofu until dry and brown. Lift and drain. Set aside.
Heat the oil. Fry the minced garlic over low heat until dry and browned. Lift and drain. Set aside.
Heat some oil. Saute red chilies, cayenne pepper, and spring onions until fragrant and slightly dry.
Just before turning off the stove, add salt and powdered stock. Turn off the fire.
Put the fried tofu and fried garlic in the chili stir fry. Stir well.
Ready to be served.
