Ingredients

  • White tofu, cut into small cubes - 6 pieces
  • Cornstarch - 5 tbsp
  • Sago flour - 2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour - 3 tbsp
  • Garlic, chopped - 10 cloves
  • Red chilies, seeds removed and roughly chopped - 2 pieces
  • Red cayenne pepper, sliced ​​- 5 pieces
  • Spring onions, sliced ​​- 2 stalks
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Right amount of oil

  • In a bowl with a tight lid, mix the cornstarch, sago, and all-purpose flour. Add tofu, then close the container. Shake / shake until the entire surface of the tofu is covered with flour.
  • Heat a lot of oil. Fry tofu until dry and brown. Lift and drain. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil. Fry the minced garlic over low heat until dry and browned. Lift and drain. Set aside.
  • Heat some oil. Saute red chilies, cayenne pepper, and spring onions until fragrant and slightly dry.
  • Just before turning off the stove, add salt and powdered stock. Turn off the fire.
  • Put the fried tofu and fried garlic in the chili stir fry. Stir well.
  • Ready to be served.
