Ingredients

  • Butter or margarine - 170 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 50 grams
  • Wheat flour - 290 grams
  • Small egg - 1 egg
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • vla material:
  • Liquid milk - 400 ml
  • Granulated sugar - 50 grams
  • Maizena - 40 grams
  • Egg yolk - 3 eggs
  • Liquid Whipcream - 50 ml
  • Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Sprinkling Material:
  • White gelatin powder - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Supplementary material:
  • Dark cooking chocolate (DCC) or cooking chocolate - 100 grams
  • Kiwi - to taste
  • Wine - to taste
  • Oranges - to taste
  • Strawberries - to taste

Plans

  • 1. Mix butter and powdered sugar with a wooden spoon. Stir briefly until well blended.
  • 1. Dissolve the cornstarch with some of the liquid milk. Stir well until well blended. Set aside.
  • 1. Mix all ingredients. Cook until boiling.
  • 1. Melt the DCC or cooking chocolate. Set aside.
  • 1. Take the pie crust dough. Brush the inside with melted chocolate.
  • 1. Pie crust dough can be stored in the refrigerator in plastic or closed packaging for 1 hour to overnight to get a better texture.
