Marshmallow cookies have a chewy texture because there are marshmallows as extra topping. These cookies are heaven for kids, but adults will love them too.  Not only filled with chocolate chip, but the cookie dough is also mixed with fluffy marshmallows. Easy to make, but the taste is more unique, and it looks so attractive.

Ingredients

  • Margarine - 100 grams
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Palm sugar - 100 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 egg
  • Medium protein flour - 180 grams
  • Corn flour - 20 grams
  • Cocoa powder - 15 grams
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Choco chips - 100 grams
  • Marshmallows - 50 grams
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder and baking soda. Strain through a large sieve in a container. Stir well, set aside.
  • Mix margarine, butter, palm sugar and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Then add the eggs, beat again until smooth.
  • Enter the mixture of flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking soda in the wet mixture. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
  • Add the choco chips, mix well with a spatula.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of dough, arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Put the marshmallow topping, do it until the dough runs out.
  • Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
  • Once cooked leave it in the open and let the heat dissipate. After the heat is gone and the cookies become crunchy and chewy, store in an airtight jar.
