Ingredients

  • Medium protein flour - 250 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Granulated sugar - 75 grams
  • Margarine - 25 grams
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 eggs
  • Other Ingredients:
  • Drinking water - 1 cup
  • White sesame - 75 grams
  • Oil for frying - to taste

Plans

  • Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Stir well and set aside.
  • Beat the sugar and margarine using a mixer until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla and eggs one by one while continuing to beat until fluffy. Turn off the mixer.
  • Enter the flour mixture into the egg mixture, stir until smooth and knead slowly until the dough can be kneaded.
  • Heat plenty of oil on medium heat.
  • Take a little dough, shape it into a round about the size of a ping pong ball.
  • Dip the balls in the water for a minute and then roll them in the white sesame seeds.
  • Fry in hot oil until it blooms and turns brown. Lift and drain.
  • Ready to be served. It can also be stored in an airtight container to make it last longer.
