Ingredients Medium protein flour - 250 grams Baking powder - 1 tsp Granulated sugar - 75 grams Margarine - 25 grams Vanilla - 1/2 tsp Eggs - 2 eggs Other Ingredients: Drinking water - 1 cup White sesame - 75 grams Oil for frying - to taste See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Stir well and set aside. Beat the sugar and margarine using a mixer until smooth. Add the vanilla and eggs one by one while continuing to beat until fluffy. Turn off the mixer. Enter the flour mixture into the egg mixture, stir until smooth and knead slowly until the dough can be kneaded. Heat plenty of oil on medium heat. Take a little dough, shape it into a round about the size of a ping pong ball. Dip the balls in the water for a minute and then roll them in the white sesame seeds. Fry in hot oil until it blooms and turns brown. Lift and drain. Ready to be served. It can also be stored in an airtight container to make it last longer. 1. Use a lot of oil for frying.
