Chicken Yakitori Recipe
Do you like eating at Japanese restaurants? Yakitori must be a complement or your favorite snack, right? It tastes delicious with aroma smokey which adds to the flavour. The meat is tender and fresher with a combination of roasted scallions. No wonder the pleasure is liked by many people. Suddenly want to eat homemade yakitori? Just follow the following simple recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken, diced - 500 grams
- Green onions, take the whites - 3 sprigs
- Red peppers, diced - 1/2 pieces
- Skewers - to taste
- Marinade:
- Ginger, puree - 1 knuckle
- Garlic, puree - 3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

- Mix all the marinade ingredients, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
- Enter the chicken meat that has been cut into the marinade, mix well. Leave it for 15 minutes until the spices are absorbed.
- After the spices are absorbed, pierce the chicken pieces alternately with the chopped spring onions and peppers.
- Bake on Teflon with a little oil, while occasionally brushing the remaining marinade.
- Bake until chicken is cooked.
- Use meat from chicken thighs without skin. Thigh meat is juicier and more flavorful when grilled compared to chicken breast.
