Ingredients

  • Chicken, diced - 500 grams
  • Green onions, take the whites - 3 sprigs
  • Red peppers, diced - 1/2 pieces
  • Skewers - to taste
  • Marinade:
  • Ginger, puree - 1 knuckle
  • Garlic, puree - 3 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • Mix all the marinade ingredients, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  • Enter the chicken meat that has been cut into the marinade, mix well. Leave it for 15 minutes until the spices are absorbed.
  • After the spices are absorbed, pierce the chicken pieces alternately with the chopped spring onions and peppers.
  • Bake on Teflon with a little oil, while occasionally brushing the remaining marinade.
  • Bake until chicken is cooked.
  • Use meat from chicken thighs without skin. Thigh meat is juicier and more flavorful when grilled compared to chicken breast.
