Black Pepper Crab Recipe

Ingredients Crab - 2 tails Spice: Black pepper, coarsely ground - 2 tbsp Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp Onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 piece Garlic, finely chopped - 3 cloves Ginger, sliced - 1 segment Salt - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Scallion, sliced oblique - 1 stick Cornstarch, dissolved in a little water - 1 tbsp Water - 200 ml Oil, for frying - 1 tbsp Oil, for frying - to taste See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Clean the crab and then cut it vertically. Heat the oil. Fry the crab until it turns reddish in color. Remove and set aside. Heat the oil. Saute onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add black pepper. Saute again until fragrant. Add crab. Pour water and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir well. Bring to a boil and then adjust the taste. Add cornstarch solution, mix well. Cook until the spices absorb. Add the scallions. Lift. Ready to be served. 1. Choose a crab that is still alive so that it tastes sweet and fresh.
