Ingredients

  • Medium size white tofu, cut into squares - 2 pieces
  • Carrot, thinly sliced ​​round - 1 piece
  • Scallion, coarsely chopped - 1 stick
  • Red tomatoes, cut into 4 parts - 1/2 pieces
  • Chicken broth - 700 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Oil, for frying - 1 tbsp
  • Fried shallots, for sprinkling - to taste
  • Ground spices:
  • Shallots - 4 grains
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Pepper granules - 1/2 tsp

Plans

  • Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Lift.
  • In a saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil.
  • Add carrots, cook until soft.
  • Add tofu, tomatoes, sugar and salt. Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Correction taste.
  • Just before removing, add the scallions. Lift.
  • Ready to serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
