Tofu Soup Recipe
Tofu is suitable for anything, especially soup. This culinary heritage from China does not require a lot of ingredients and time to cook, but this savory and special taste is worth trying at home. Generally, tofu soup has a clear broth from the broth and added vegetables and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Medium size white tofu, cut into squares - 2 pieces
- Carrot, thinly sliced round - 1 piece
- Scallion, coarsely chopped - 1 stick
- Red tomatoes, cut into 4 parts - 1/2 pieces
- Chicken broth - 700 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Oil, for frying - 1 tbsp
- Fried shallots, for sprinkling - to taste
- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 4 grains
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Pepper granules - 1/2 tsp

Plans
- Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Lift.
- In a saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil.
- Add carrots, cook until soft.
- Add tofu, tomatoes, sugar and salt. Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Correction taste.
- Just before removing, add the scallions. Lift.
- Ready to serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
