Sauteed Beef Beans Recipe
Young chickpeas or baby chickpeas with a soft and crunchy texture are very suitable to be processed into stir fry. Coupled with ground beef and oriental-style spices, stir-fried baby chickpeas will be a delicious dish in no time.
Ingredients
- Young chickpeas or baby chickpeas - 250 grams
- Ground beef - 150 grams
- Garlic, chopped - 4 cloves
- Onion, cut into small cubes - 1 grain
- Ginger, puree - 1 cm
- Red chilies, seeds removed and cut into small cubes - 2 pieces
- Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- White pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 50 ml
- Margarine, for sauteing - 2 tbsp

Plans
- Boil the chickpeas in water with an additional 1/2 tsp of salt just briefly until half cooked. Lift and drain.
- Heat margarine. Add the garlic, onions, ginger and ground beef. Stir until fragrant and ground beef changes color to gray.
- Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Add chickpeas and water. Stir well.
- Season with black pepper and white pepper. Stir and cook until the chickpeas are cooked. Correction taste.
- Finally, add the sesame oil. Stir and immediately lift.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Do not boil the chickpeas for too long. A sign that the chickpeas are half cooked and should be removed as soon as they begin to turn a bright green color. Remove the chickpeas, rinse with cold water, and drain to keep the color green.
