Pineapple Sambal Recipe

Ingredients
- Pineapple, medium size - 1 piece
- Red chilies - 8 pieces
- Cayenne pepper - 20 pieces
- Shallots - 8 grains
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Brown sugar, fine comb - 2 tbsp
- Terasi - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Right amount of oil
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

- Peel the pineapple, wash it and then cut it into small pieces. Set aside.
