Ingredients

  • Pineapple, medium size - 1 piece
  • Red chilies - 8 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper - 20 pieces
  • Shallots - 8 grains
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Brown sugar, fine comb - 2 tbsp
  • Terasi - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Peel the pineapple, wash it and then cut it into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Puree red chilies, cayenne pepper, shallots, garlic, and shrimp paste. Then saute the spices with a little hot oil until fragrant.
